This is the Semantic Data Charter™ (SDC) reference model (RM) implementation in XML Schema. 
The SDC RM consists of the core datatypes and structures for domain concept models, called Data Models (DMs). 
The DMs are composed of Model Components (MCs) that are expressed as constraints on the RM components. 
For the core semantics see the accompanying file sdc4.owl. Reference models are only released as whole number versions.
The current version is 4. Other supporting digital assets are versioned using the same root version number, 
then using Semantic Versioning (SemVer) in the normal SemVer fashion.
