ERP and Ledger library vocabularies

The default vocabularies of the ERP master-data library and the Ledger library, one section per vocabulary. Each value's anchor on this page is the annotation IRI the published component carries, so a value's meaning can be checked outside the catalog.

The model is fixed; the vocabulary is yours. An organization copies the vocabulary component, edits the values, publishes the copy with its lineage, and swaps it into a copy of the record. Where a standard defines a value (XBRL Global Ledger's debit and credit), the component is bound to the standard's own identifier and the value is listed here for reading.

Customer Status

Whether the organization will currently sell to the customer.

Active active #
Orders are accepted and invoiced.
On Hold on hold #
Orders are not accepted until the hold is lifted, usually for credit or dispute.
Closed closed #
The customer relationship has ended; kept for the record.

Supplier Status

Whether the organization will currently buy from the supplier.

Pending Approval pending approval #
Set up but not yet approved to supply.
Active active #
Purchase orders may be placed.
On Hold on hold #
Purchase orders are not placed until the hold is lifted.
Closed closed #
The supplier relationship has ended; kept for the record.

What kind of thing an item is.

Off-Balance off-balance #
A memorandum account outside the balance sheet.

Normal Balance

The side on which an account's balance grows: debit for assets and expenses, credit for liabilities, equity and revenue. XBRL Global Ledger carries the side of each posting as its debit-credit code.
